It is a time for reflection and appreciation for everyone and everything in our lives, but it is also a challenging and busy time of the year. With so much to do and think about, it’s easy to forget about safety.

Aldridge attends CEO/Senior Executive Incident & Injury Free (IIF) Forum
Senior level executives from some of the country’s leading construction firms met last week in Orlando to discuss strategies for improving safety in the construction industry. Ken Aldridge, Chairman of the Board of Aldridge Electric, was among the group of 17 CEO’s participating in the forum. These leaders are dedicated to eliminating injuries and work throughout the year to create an IIF culture within their organizations. Twice a year, these leaders come together to share lessons learned and best practices in the journey to being Incident and Injury Free.
This latest event was hosted by Charlie Bacon of Limbach Mechanical, a founding member of the IIF CEO Forum. The two days of discussion also included project tours at Disney World and a new high rise hotel under construction in the Orlando area.
Aldridge is proud to participate in this important industry event and is committed to sustainable improvement in safety.
