The culture, family oriented. I love that you're not just the number here at Aldridge. You hear a lot of people leave and they always come back. And I believe that for a reason, being first and foremost family oriented. And the culture here, that's family, family away from home and you just can't beat that.

I wanted to come to work at Aldridge because it was a family owned company and I wanted a place that was like family. The diversity. The culture here at Aldridge has definitely shifted for the better, much safer working conditions. Everybody can stop work. Everybody can have a say in what's going on.

There's been no looking back. I love Aldridge. I love working here. They are always willing to train and educate you. If you need something, they're there for you.

Everyone just looks out for each other when they're out there, and if someone sees someone doing something unsafe, one of the other guys will step up and say ‘Hey. I think you should be doing this a different way just so you guys aren't getting hurt.’ Everyone in the crew is looking out for each other so no one gets hurt.

It's evident when you look around that we attract that type of talent. I've had a chance to work closely with a lot of people who fit that mold and it's gratifying to see the professional and personal growth that they work hard for.

What has helped build my career most is the partnership and collaboration between operations leadership, subject matter experts, and the craft themselves. These relationships have helped build stronger teams, solve problems, and achieve our safety goals.

Aldridge has been one of the best experiences as a woman in the construction industry. I've always felt free to speak my mind, bring up any concerns, and felt heard.
