At Aldridge, we maintain our commitment to fostering career development opportunities for women in construction. The opportunities are abundant, the environment is fast-paced and exciting, employment is stable, and the gender pay gap is non-existent.
As we celebrate the week, we asked a few of our female workers what it is like working as a woman in construction.
A former EMT/Firefighter, Kelsey Bergloff made the shift into the construction industry. Today, she is a journeyman with the IBEW Local 150. She quotes,

As a member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), Aldridge is proud to support the Women in Construction movement.
