At Aldridge, we maintain our commitment to fostering career development opportunities for women in construction. The opportunities are abundant, the environment is fast-paced and exciting, employment is stable, and the gender pay gap is non-existent.

As we celebrate the week, we asked a few of our female workers what it is like working as a woman in construction.

A former EMT/Firefighter, Kelsey Bergloff made the shift into the construction industry. Today, she is a journeyman with the IBEW Local 150. She quotes,

As a member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), Aldridge is proud to support the Women in Construction movement. Beyond celebrating WIC Week in March, we are committed to helping strengthen the success of women in the construction industry throughout the year through a number of important initiatives.
