Our people are the foundation of our company strategy and success, and we are working hard on numerous initiatives that will up our game in terms of talent acquisition, onboarding, training, development, retention, and engagement.
This year, the most significant change to our leadership development portfolio came through the addition of a field-facing development program. One program, the Craft Emerging Leaders program, focuses on communication and building strong teams. By determining their communication style, via a DiSC assessment, they learned how to best work with other communication styles. During a team building exercise, the group participated in a pipeline challenge where they had to work as a team to bring a marble across the finish line. Creativity and communication were key in successfully completing the challenge!
