A 20+ year veteran in the industry, Krista's engineering, business, and human resources background have led her to her true passion - fostering the growth of Aldridge's 1500 employees and advocating for women in construction. In her role as SVP, she is responsible for developing and executing a human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and the long-range strategic direction of the company. Krista is known throughout the construction industry for her support of National Construction Safety Week and the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).
