Alex Aldridge’s journey to becoming Chief Executive Officer at Aldridge began long before his official start in 2006. His early work experience began in 1996 as a yard and warehouse helper, where he gained valuable insights into various facets of the business. These formative years instilled in him a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. Officially joining as a Project Manager, Alex ascended through the project management ranks, amassing a diverse range of experiences that prepared him for his various leadership roles, including President of Aldridge Construction and Executive Vice President before moving into CEO.
Navigating Challenges and Shaping Culture
One of the pivotal challenges Alex faced was guiding Aldridge through the COVID-19 pandemic. This experience was a turning point, solidifying his vision and increasing his accountability. Under his leadership, Aldridge has strengthened its culture of safety, adopting industry best practices to prioritize employee well-being. Alex’s decision to return to Aldridge after a period in environmental construction in Colorado marked a significant shift, bringing a matured perspective and renewed commitment to both the company and his family.
Alex’s leadership philosophy is deeply influenced by his mentors, emphasizing that organizations are about people. His servant leadership style is characterized by trust, transparency, and a focus on personal impact. He is committed to hiring and developing top talent, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Notably, he played a key role in the rollout of Aldridge 2.0, which introduced core values and industry best practices in safety.
