Project Summary

Aldridge was selected to perform work at the 31st Street Harbor Project. The scope of work included the installation of underground utilities at new garage facilities, new docks, and a new petroleum filling dock. This award-winning project was LEED Gold Certified and included the build-out of a single-story parking facility, complete with electrical and specialty systems installation. Aldridge also installed new lighting structures along the road and bike path. In a separate contract, Aldridge performed an additional $1M in fence construction. Because of our dedication to the city and commitment to quality, Aldridge is proud to say we have performed work at every Chicago harbor.
