Jenkins Substation

Aldridge performed the build-out of a new 230kV smart control building including all station service transformers and feeds for normal AC power and DC system construction and placement and wiring of all relay panels, prism panels, computer and communication panels. Scope included upgrades to the 230kV yard including construction of new CCVTs, load boxes, new dead end structure for future 230kV line, extension of existing 230kv bus, multiple 230kV switches and new 230kV gas type circuit breakers that will tie into the existing yard.
