As Chief Operating Officer of the Power Group, Brian Mazzei’s career is defined by his commitment to empowering teams and fostering collaboration. With over 20 years of experience managing power infrastructure construction, Brian has held pivotal roles including Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Division Manager, Vice President and Executive Vice President. Under his leadership, Aldridge executes nearly half of the company’s annual revenue in foundations and utility projects across the United States.

Brian’s career at Aldridge began as a Project Manager, where he adeptly navigated the challenges of an underperforming team, honing his communication and leadership skills. Key projects provided invaluable experience in negotiating, estimating, and fostering transparent partnerships—an approach that remains central to his leadership style. Brian places significant emphasis on personal and professional growth. His coaching has taught him that effectiveness is not about being busy but about maintaining control and strategic focus, aligning his efforts with Aldridge’s core values for purposeful and clear leadership.
